The staff at Riad Nesma were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was right off the courtyard of the riad and was very comfortable, clean and modern. The rooftop pool was a nice relief in the heat of the day. Hot tub also available, but we didn't use. The location is a very short walk to the Jemaa al-Fna plaza. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Riad Nesma following a curtailment of my travel tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The moment I entered this beautiful place I was greeted by warm, friendly staff and shown to my fabulous room. The Riad, is kept immaculately clean, smells amazing and the rooms are stunning. We managed to get a day of great weather which allowed to enjoy the wonderful terrace and lounge. I cannot thank the kind staff enough, Ismail and the team were so positive, encouraging and supportive whilst we all struggled to manage our cancelled flights and stress with repatriation flights. They all ensured that we were fed well, (the food is lovely!) and any assistance needed was at hand. The location of the Riad is great, in the midst of the Medinas and a short 10 min walk to the centre square. Generous food options available and an abundant amount of markets. You’re spoilt with this location! I would highly recommend Riad Nesma, and I will definitely be back, thank you to all the staff for making this a welcoming stay!

We stayed at Riad Nesma last June. The location was amazing, allowing us (an all female group) to be close to the main square. It was clean, well situated, staff were great and above all we felt safe. The rooftop pool and eating area were excellent, especially at night. Rooms were good size and cool in the hot summer. I would recommend Riad Nesma to anyone looking for well priced, convenient accommodation in Marrakesh.

Like some of the other reviewers, I stayed at the hotel when my Morocco tour was abruptly cancelled because of the COVID-19 virus. The hotel staff were outstanding and made us feel so welcome. They printed boarding passes for us, climbed 4 flights of stairs to bring us phone calls and offered the use of refrigerators for our food. We were impressed as well by the level of disinfection that the hotel followed, even repeatedly scrubbing the front steps and the street in front of the hotel.As a place to stay, it is well located closed to major sites and a short walk to the main square in the Medina. The rooms are on the small size but beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable (a rarity in Morocco). There is a lovely terrace where meals are served and where you can lounge next to the pool and hot tub. Breakfasts were generous and tasty and the one dinner we ate at the hotel was outstanding. My fellow travellers said is was the best harira soup they had during our trip. This is definitely the place to stay in Marrakesh. I will always remember how well we were treated during a very difficult time.

Great hospitality from Ismail and Yeves - the staff.The staff did everything for our satisfaction. Food was delicious and when we ask for couscous we got a Hugh sharing dish Wich was delicious.Rooms where very clean and beautiful. The riad is at the beginning of the market - great location to dive into the market and to get out side to the city .Thank you for lovely time.
